Who we are
A builder that stayed in one town.
LUAL has been working in Nerja since 1985. In that time we have done every part of the job ourselves: finding the plot, drawing the plans, building the homes, selling them, and looking after them once somebody lives there.
Everything we do happens within a few kilometres of this office. That is a limit, and it is on purpose: we would rather know one town properly than have an office in every town on the coast.
In short
One group
Four services, one team.
They are not four companies sharing a name. Buy a home with us, we can renovate it, rent it out and look after it — with the same people answering the phone.
