We don't just sell homes.
Real Estate & Developers

We don't just sell homes. We build them.

LUAL is Nerja's developer. For over 40 years we have found the land, drawn the plans and built the homes ourselves — from the first brick to the keys.

Our developments

Homes we imagine, design and build.

LUAL is a developer first. Every project starts with the right plot in Nerja and ends with keys in hand.

Our next development is taking shape.

How we build

From land to keys.

Every LUAL development is managed end to end by our own team — no middlemen between the plot and your front door.

Land
01

Land

We find the right plot in the right spot — orientation, views and walkability come before anything else.

Design
02

Design

Architecture and licences. Homes designed around Nerja's light, with terraces that actually get used.

Build
03

Build

Our own construction and project management team on site, with the same standards we apply to our renovations.

Keys
04

Keys

Delivery, guarantees and after-sales. And if you wish, our rentals team takes care of the home after handover.
